Art has always been an important part of my life in some form or another.

Becoming an artist has broadened my scope of the world, causing me to see things differently, perhaps more beautifully, definitely with more enthusiasm. I can only pray that good sight and health remain with me for many years, as my artistic endeavors will never dim. There are so many exciting techniques and mediums to learn about, it will take a thousand forevers. If you have a dream or a wish that you have not taken the time to pursue, give it some serious thought. For me, I love to create and paint and teach others what I've learned. Thanks to my family and friends who have encouraged and supported me while I followed my dream to become an artist. And of course thank you to the famous teachers and artists who have contributed their years of experience, talent and hard work so that I may learn from them.

Artists have studied and copied the works of other artists who came before them throughout time. By this sharing with each other and the handing down of their special techniques, new artists learn to paint, develop and appreciate what they create. It is only by studying the works of others that we can learn and grow, developing our own unique style, depicting our own feelings to surface. I hope you enjoy my paintings and projects.
